Information we collect

ABM collect information relevant to the services it provides via yourself and third - party trusted suppliers. We will collect this information over the phone, meeting with you, by email and via any contractual requirements we hold. This includes: Name, address, job title, contact telephone information and email address.

Storing data

As mentioned on our GDPR page. We will keep your data for as long as necessary. We generally keep personal information for 6 years after the last contract you have with us. (recommended via HMRC & RICS)

Unsubscribing?

When people unsubscribe to our email campaigns, we receive an opt out email. These emails are then deleted off record, never to be used again. It works the same with undeliverable emails. When it comes to customer data our processes ensure all data is no longer stored. We will have a group meeting to discuss all the data we have on the customer and where it is stored. After this a technician calls the customer ensuring all data and contracts are to be terminated. Any costs involved with the termination are invoiced. The customer can choose to continue with any third - party contracts we set up and support. (e.g. broadband) As long as the customer continues to pay us for this until the contract ends, there are no other costs involved and all data is removed.
